Juan Pablo Marré Grez

Juan Pablo has specialized in public law and regulated markets. In this context, he stands out for his advice on antitrust matters, administrative litigation and contentious-administrative proceedings before specialized administrative entities, public procurement courts and superior courts of justice. 

Likewise, he supports companies in tariff regulation processes in the telecommunications sector, and sanctioning procedures in the telecommunications and sanitary sector, among others. He has extensive experience in advising companies that participate in regulated industries, in the relationship or linkage with various bodies belonging to the branches of government, and public procurement.
