Ignacia Lería Luksic

Ignacia focuses her practice especially in advising domestic and foreign clients in trademark matters. She is particularly noted for her experience in the management of international trademark portfolios of foreign clients in Chile, as well as in Latin America. She also handles trademark portfolios of Chilean clients abroad. 

She also handles matters related to the processing of appellations of origin, sanitary registrations before the Chilean Institute of Public Health (ISP), and provides advice on corporate and real estate law, among others.

Finally, Ignacia is an active member of different associations. For example, she has stood out in the International Trademark Association (INTA) for her work in the Unreal Campign Committee, an instance aimed at educating and raising awareness among young Chileans regarding the problems associated with counterfeit products and the relevance of trademarks.
